Payment:

• We accept credit cards (visa card and master card), Paypal, internet transfer, bank deposit, pay on pick up.
• The buyer is required to pay for the purchased item within 3 working days or make a contact immediately.

We will dispatch the goods within 1 business day once the funds clears.

Postage and Shipping:

We offer combined postage. We will choose most suitable service for your area.

We use Couriers and Australia Post to deliver the parcels. Any parcel can be tracked. The tracking number will appear on the bought item after the parcel is posted. The delivery company is also indicating. We will send an updated notice to buyer once parcel is posted.

Terms and Conditions of receiving goods:

If buyer didn't receive the parcel by one week after posted sign is appeared on the item, the buyer has to check the website to find out what happens. If you missed a delivery, you have to call the delivery company to arrange a redelivery immediately.

If you cannot reach the delivery company or there is any problem, contact to us straight away.

We don't accept the claim about unreceived parcel after two weeks once dispatched. This is because the courier company will return the parcel back to us if they didn't receive any contact about the missed delivery parcel within one week.

If the parcel returns to us, the buyer has two options. One is reposting. Two is money back. For reposting, the buyer has to pay another postage to resend. For money back, original postage is not refundable and we charge restocking fee 20% of item price. So please pay attention to receive the parcel.

If buyer wants to authorize to leave the parcel in front of the door or somewhere, let us know.

If buyer wants to delay postage, let us know.

Once buyer bids/buys the item, we are assume that the buyer accepts these terms and conditions.
